All of the following are required to qualify for the 100% Secretary Award. Please check each item confirming the nominee's qualification.

1.The Club Secretary has furthered and promoted the 2-X1 District Governor’s Goals for current Lion Year, the objectivities of LCI, and adhered to Lions Clubs International Constitution and By-Laws and its policies.

2.The Club has no unpaid balances over $50.00 and over 30 days owed to LCI, MD-2, or District 2-X1 as of March 31.

3.All Monthly Membership Reports have been submitted on time in each of the 12 months of current Lion Year.

4.The Secretary has submitted the PU-101 form online with all required information for all upcoming Club Officers by April 30.

5.The Club must qualify for a Centennial Services Challenge DIAMOND banner patch for the current Lion Year year.
